Is it hormones? Symptoms worth testing for

Fatigue, brain fog, and weight change have a long list of causes. Here's how we sort it.

The symptom picture

Persistent fatigue, low motivation, brain fog, poor recovery, changes in libido, sleep disruption, and stubborn weight gain are the patterns that most often bring people in.

Any one of these on its own is nonspecific. Several together, lasting months, is worth a full lab panel.

What we test

A comprehensive panel covers thyroid, sex hormones, metabolic markers, iron, vitamin D, and inflammatory markers — because thyroid disease and iron deficiency mimic hormone symptoms constantly.

We test before we treat. Always.

Reading results with you

You get your numbers explained in plain English, including which are truly out of range and which are simply not optimal.

If your labs are normal, we say so and look elsewhere rather than starting therapy you don't need.

If treatment makes sense

Options include pellets, injectable therapy, or oral protocols depending on your labs, goals, and preference.

Follow-up labs at six to eight weeks confirm we're in range, then we settle into a monitoring cadence.
